DESCRIPTION:About the workshop\nMany of the patterns we struggle with don’t start with us.They can be connected to our family system\, to what came before us\, often in ways we are not aware of. \nFamily Constellations offer a way to explore these dynamics in a very direct and experiential way.Rather than analysing or talking about the issue\, we work with what emerges in the moment\, through the body and the system. \nPeople are often surprised by what becomes visible\, and by how something can begin to shift when what was hidden is acknowledged. \nWhat to expect on the day\nThis is a small group workshop\, held in a safe and carefully facilitated space. \nDuring the day: \n\nSome participants will bring a personal question or issue to explore\nOthers will take part as representatives in constellations\n\nBoth roles are equally valuable.Even when you are not working on your own issue\, you may find that what unfolds resonates with your own experience. \nThere is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with\, and you are always free to step back at any time. \nWho this is for\nYou might feel drawn to this work if: \n\nYou notice recurring patterns in relationships\, work or life\nYou feel stuck and don’t fully understand why\nYou are carrying something that doesn’t quite feel like yours\nYou are curious to explore things in a different way\, beyond talking\n\nYou don’t need any prior experience. \nWhat people often leave with\nEach experience is different\, but people often leave with: \n\na clearer understanding of what they are carrying\na shift in how they relate to a situation\na sense of relief or lightness\nsomething having moved\, even if they cannot fully explain it\n\nBefore the workshop\nIf helpful\, I offer an optional 15-minute pre-call.This is simply a space to ask questions\, share what brings you\, and get a sense of how the day will unfold. \nYou are welcome to message me on WhatsApp to arrange this. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
