I offer Family Constellations sessions and workshops in Cambridge and St Leonards-on-Sea (East Sussex), as well as online, providing a grounded and experiential way to explore these patterns.
What is Family Constellations?
Family Constellations is a systemic approach that brings hidden relational dynamics into awareness.
During a constellation, elements of a situation (family members, relationships, internal parts or themes) are represented in space. This allows patterns that are usually outside our conscious awareness to become visible, often opening new perspectives and movement.
Although rooted in family systems, this work can also apply to relationships, work, life direction, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Family Constellations is not about fixing everything in one session.
It is a process of bringing awareness to what may have been unseen, and allowing movement to emerge over time.
You do not need to believe in anything for it to work — only curiosity and openness.

How It Works
Individual Family Constellations (1:1)
I offer one-to-one family constellations sessions in St Leonards-on-Sea, and online.
In a 1:1 session, we use objects, spatial positioning, and embodied awareness to explore your system in a contained and focused way. This allows for a gentle and personalised exploration of your situation.
Group Family Constellations Workshops
I facilitate small group family constellations workshops in Cambridge and East Sussex, limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
In a group setting, participants may:
• bring a personal issue to explore
• take part as representatives in others’ constellations
• observe and learn through the process
Even witnessing can bring meaningful insight. Group constellations often allow dynamics to emerge in a vivid and impactful way.

• Online (1:1 sessions)
Workshops take place in carefully selected venues, including intimate spaces such as private studios or garden settings.

My work integrates systemic constellations, coaching, and somatic awareness.
I aim to create a space that is:
• grounded and well-contained
• respectful of each person’s pace
• both gentle and direct
• open to what wants to emerge
This is not about forcing change, but allowing something to be seen differently.
